Our Story
What started as a passion project roasting beans from remote farms in Nagaland, India, has grown into a micro-roastery with a global palate. At Terroir Coffee Roasters, we’ve always been guided by curiosity: about where our coffee comes from, how it’s grown, and how best to roast it to honour its full potential.
We believe in showcasing origin over roasting style – bringing out the inherent flavours, and aromas in each bean rather than masking them. Our coffees are roasted in small batches on a German Probat roaster, with careful attention to detail and a desire to let each origin tell its own story.
Our Philosophy
We named ourselves after the French word terroir, because in coffee, just like in wine, terroir is everything. We choose beans not only for their quality but for their character – distinct, sometimes wild, always honest.
