Returns Policy

 Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

 RETURNS 

 Perishable goods, including coffee and other foods, can be exempt from being returned. Due to the nature of the product.

Other items sold on our site, must be returned unused and in the same condition to be eligible for a return and exchange. The product must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. ‘

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange something, please send us an email to inform us of the defect to info@terroircoffeeroasters.co.za and we will send instructions on how to return your item.

 

 REFUNDS 

 We do not offer refunds on purchases, but you are welcome to request an exchange for any defective products. Please see our Returns section above on how to do this.

 SHIPPING ON RETURNED ITEMS

 To return your product, you should courier your product to: Terroir Coffee Roasters, 2 Kanonkop Rd, Bloemhof, Bellville, 7530, South Africa. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Because coffee has a shelf life, and some shipping options can take long; we advise that you consider using a trackable courier shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
